Meet Your Bookkeeper

"Hi! My name is  Edie and I  started bookkeeping in 2006 to help other small business owners take control of their daily income and expenses (those dreaded receipts you keep hidden in a shoebox) to increase profits, grow your business, reduce daily stress, and save you valuable time!

In 2004 I opened my own small business in the beauty and wellness industry. I was so eager and excited to help my clients find their inner and outer beauty- spending 40+ hours a week in the spa, and equal time creating a business plan, executing the plan, marketing, networking, payroll, and...reconciling bank statements! Whew! As you can imagine, I was exhausted and overwhelmed with wearing all these hats. By year two, I realized I REALLY loved the neat and tidiness of clean books, managing the business and networking with other business owners, so I hired a spa manager to take over my role interacting with clients... and committed myself 100% to the business management side of business. Along the way, I picked up other small businesses and started doing their books.

I graduated in 2020 from Lewis-Clark State college with a bachelor's degree in Business Management/Accounting- one month after the pandemic shuttered brick and mortar businesses. Hence, the remote bookkeeping business was born!
